World Events Sports offers the NAYS' official Youth Golf Little League for boys and girls ages 7-14. This program provides the opportunity for kids and families to become involved in this great game at an early age. Each child is placed on a team of 6 and assigned a volunteer coach. The league which meets for 7-9 weeks has a similar format to the Ryder or Solheim Cups. The Teams compete each week against another team in the league using a scramble, match-play format.

One of the league's goals is to allow participants to become familiar with playing on a golf course. Additionally, the Challenge Golf League enables youngsters to realize the importance of teamwork, sportsmanship, and course-management.

Games and Team Sizes

Matches are 9 holes each week. A season consists of two practice weeks, six to eight regular season matches, and an end-of-season tournament (if there are enough teams). The typical team size is 6 players.

Age Divisions

A player’s age must fall within the specified age-range as of September 1st of the current year. Age will be verified by a valid birth certificate if needed.
